Hatchling

حول Hatchling

Hatchling, Action, صمم بواسطة Richard Thomas صدر لأول مرة في نوفمبر 2005 في التحرير Legacies of Blood وطبع بالضبط في 2 أشكال مختلفة.

Hatchling fits a **Gargoyle swarm deck** built around a non-sterile Gargoyle: it turns an action into another ready minion that can hunt, block, or take actions on later turns. It is less attractive in a deck built around a few powerful Gargoyles, because the Hatchling starts with only 1 blood and cannot act on the turn it enters play; gaining flight also uses that blood unless you refill it first. **The Embrace** is a better general-purpose choice if you simply want more small minions and do not need them to be Gargoyles. Hatchling’s reason to see play is that its new minion *is* a Gargoyle with basic Visceratika and the option to gain flight. I would play it in a dedicated Gargoyle swarm strategy, but not as a routine inclusion in every Gargoyle deck.
