Conceal is best in an Obfuscate toolbox or stealth-control deck—particularly Malkavian, Giovanni, Ministry, or other OBF decks that expect to face powerful equipment such as Sporting Rifle, .44 Magnum, or Sniper Rifle, or troublesome locations such as Haven Uncovered and Anarch Free Press; however, spending an entire action merely to burn one card is fairly inefficient, especially since the action can be blocked. If your deck has Dominate, Entrancement is generally better because it lets you steal the equipment and, at superior Dominate, locations as well, generating value instead of simply removing a threat; otherwise, Conceal is a reasonable but narrow metagame answer when your local environment relies heavily on specific equipment or locations. It should not normally see play as a general-purpose inclusion, but one copy—or occasionally a small package—in an OBF toolbox or a deck lacking other answers can be worthwhile.
