Celestial Harmony fits best as a **one-of in an Auspex-heavy toolbox or political deck** that can use knowledge of several players’ hands to plan its actions and votes. Even there, it is weak: it costs a minion’s action, does not advance your position directly, and each opponent hides the card you may most want to know about. If your deck can play them, actions that produce immediate value—such as **Govern the Unaligned** for a Dominate bleed or influence gain—are generally better uses of that action. **Revelations** is also a better choice when your aim is to interfere with an opponent’s hand rather than merely gather information. Celestial Harmony can be a niche metagame card, but it generally should **not see play** in a competitive deck.
