حول Ambulance
Ambulance, Equipment, صمم بواسطة John Bridges صدر لأول مرة في سبتمبر 2007 في التحرير Lords of the Night.
Ambulance fits an **action-focused combat deck** whose minions can survive—or win—combat with blockers, then press on with a bleed or other important action. Its main advantage is that it can keep working across multiple actions if those actions aren’t blocked a second time; its drawback is that a second block burns it, and it does nothing to protect the acting minion during combat. For vampires with Protean, **Form of Mist** is generally a better way to get past a block because it ends the combat as well as continuing the action, though it is a one-use card. The option to burn an incapacitated imbued is too situational to justify including Ambulance on its own. **It can see play as a niche card in a combat-capable deck that expects frequent blocks, but it isn’t a general-purpose staple.**

The action provided by the equipment to the attached minion fizzles (resolves successfully for no effect) if the equipment is not attached to the acting minion when the action resolves unblocked. [RTR 19960221]

For actions resulting from an action card, "continue as if unblocked" moves the action card from the ash heap (where it went when the action was blocked) to limbo (where it should be if the action is not blocked). If the action card is not in the ash heap, then the action cannot be continued. [LSJ 20070808-1]

If the action continues "as if unblocked", all action modifiers and reaction cards are still in effect, even those pertaining to a successful block. [RTR 19941109] [ANK 20190116]
