Zephyr is a niche card for Celerity decks that expect actions to be blocked and want to keep their vampires available afterward, especially Toreador or Brujah toolbox decks combining bleeding, combat, and some defensive interception: at [cel], it lets a vampire attempt an action unsuccessfully and still be unlocked for the next player’s turn, while [CEL] lets that vampire immediately try a different action or remain ready to block. It is particularly useful when a blocked action leads to combat that your vampire survives, but less attractive in dedicated rush decks, because a rush that successfully enters combat is still a successful action and therefore does not qualify. Freak Drive is generally the stronger unlock option if you have Fortitude—its superior version works after either successful or unsuccessful actions, although it costs blood—and Forced March is usually better for decks with both Celerity and Fortitude that want to unlock after successful actions; neither is a direct r
