Voter Captivation

حول Voter Captivation

Voter Captivation, Action modifier, صمم بواسطة Stuart Beel, Tom Gianni صدر لأول مرة في أغسطس 1994 في التحرير Jyhad وطبع بالضبط في 13 أشكال مختلفة.

Voter Captivation is excellent in a **political deck with Presence** that expects to pass referendums by wide margins: it refills the acting vampire at basic Presence, while superior Presence can turn up to 2 of that blood into pool. It is especially valuable when the vampire spends blood on actions or vote modifiers and can keep calling votes. Cards that add votes, such as Bewitching Oration or Awe, complement it rather than replace it; there is no broadly better substitute for its combination of blood gain and pool gain. **It should see play** in most vote-heavy decks whose acting vampires have Presence, but not in decks that call few political actions or only narrowly pass their referendums.
