Superior Mettle

حول Superior Mettle

Superior Mettle, Combat, صمم بواسطة Tim Bradstreet, Grant Goleash صدر لأول مرة في أكتوبر 1996 في التحرير Sabbat وطبع بالضبط في 6 أشكال مختلفة.

Superior Mettle fits a **Fortitude combat deck that plans to fight for several rounds**, especially one using presses to keep combat going: at superior Fortitude, one card can protect your vampire from an initial strike in each round, provided you can keep paying blood. It is much less attractive in a deck that usually ends combat after one round, since you pay for an effect you may never use again. For routine one-strike protection, **Rolling with the Punches** is generally the better, more economical choice. I would play Superior Mettle only as a niche inclusion in a deliberate multi-round combat deck with enough blood to support it—not as a staple.
