Summon the Serpent

حول Summon the Serpent

Summon the Serpent, Action, صمم بواسطة Stuart Beel صدر لأول مرة في مايو 1996 في التحرير Ancient Hearts وطبع بالضبط في 3 أشكال مختلفة.

Summon the Serpent is best in a dedicated Serpentis Ministry crypt-recruitment deck—particularly one built around key vampires such as Setites with Serpentis, where reliably finding a specific discipline vampire is worth spending an action and 2 blood—but it is too narrow and expensive for most Ministry decks. The closest alternative is The Summoning, which is generally better when your deck can use its capacity restriction because it recruits without requiring Serpentis and is more broadly useful; Recruitment Exercise can also be preferable for low-capacity vampire swarms. Summon the Serpent can see play as a one- or two-copy toolbox card when your crypt contains irreplaceable high-capacity Serpentis vampires, but outside that strategy it should usually be omitted in favor of broader recruitment, crypt-selection, or blood-management cards.
