Succulent Vitae

حول Succulent Vitae

Succulent Vitae, Action modifier, صمم بواسطة Mike Danza صدر لأول مرة في يونيو 2001 في التحرير Final Nights وطبع بالضبط في 2 أشكال مختلفة.

Succulent Vitae fits a **Quietus-heavy Banu Haqim (Assamite) deck** whose vampires expect to hunt and then play blood-costing Quietus cards. It is much less useful at inferior Quietus, where it gives only a one-time discount after a successful hunt. At superior, the extra blood from the hunt *and* the later discount make it more appealing. If your main goal is simply to refill vampires, a **Hunting Ground** is generally better value because it provides recurring blood without requiring an action, though it does not discount Quietus cards. I would consider Succulent Vitae in a deck that can reliably use both parts of its superior effect, but would not treat it as a staple: if your vampires rarely hunt or your Quietus cards cost little or no blood, leave it out.
