Rooftop Shadow fits a Celerity-heavy **wall deck** that wants to block key actions but lacks access to stronger intercept disciplines. Its one-blood cost and restriction against acting vampires with Celerity make it a weak general-purpose choice. If your vampires also have Auspex, **Quicken Sight** is a better intercept option; if they are princes or justicars, **Second Tradition: Domain** is stronger still. I would only play Rooftop Shadow when those alternatives are unavailable and the deck specifically needs more reaction-based intercept—otherwise, it is unlikely to earn a slot.
