Pugfar fits a combat-focused Tremere antitribu deck that needs presses to keep opponents in combat for another round, especially one that can use his Flight and Gargoyle abilities as well. His press is repeatable, but it costs blood and requires a 5-capacity vampire whose main job is supporting someone else’s fights. For most decks, **Trap** is a more efficient way to get presses, while a vampire with the deck’s combat disciplines will usually do more work for the same pool. Pugfar is worth considering as a niche support vampire in a dedicated Tremere antitribu combat build, but he would not be a default inclusion.
