Overseer

حول Overseer

Overseer, Political action, صمم بواسطة Brian LeBlanc صدر لأول مرة في نوفمبر 2005 في التحرير Legacies of Blood.

Overseer fits a Guruhi-heavy Laibon political deck with capacity 5+ vampires that need titles: the referendum can give your Guruhi extra votes while turning an untitled vampire into a magaji for future votes. It is less attractive if your crypt already has enough titles, and existing magaji cannot help pass Overseer by voting in favor. There is no strictly better direct replacement for granting that title, though **Bewitching Oration** is stronger when your immediate problem is passing a referendum, and **Voter Captivation** offers more payoff after one passes if your vampires can play it. I would play Overseer as a small inclusion in an untitled Guruhi vote deck, not as a staple or the deck’s main source of votes.
