Nar-Sheptha fits a Banu Haqim combat or blocking deck that wants to draw into specific combat cards and can exploit the opposing minion being considered the acting minion. Its +2 hand size is substantial, but it works only during its vampire’s combats, so it does little for a deck that fights infrequently. Dreams of the Sphinx is usually the better choice if you mainly want hand size: it can provide +2 hand size without needing combat and has other uses. Nar-Sheptha should see play as a niche card when both its combat hand size and acting-minion effect advance your plan, rather than as an automatic inclusion in Banu Haqim decks.
