That is a narrow payoff for a 3-capacity vampire with Infernal, which makes Midget costly to keep ready. If you mainly need to get bleeds through, **Swallowed by the Night** is usually a more flexible choice because its stealth helps against blockers whether or not they have animal retainers; it is not a direct replacement for Midget’s combat effect. I would give Midget a slot only if animal-retainer decks are common in your playgroup, rather than making it a standard inclusion.
