Lukas fits a **Sabbat Nosferatu antitribu political deck** that wants his Archbishop title for two votes while using the clan’s stealth and combat options to support its actions. At eight capacity, though, a title with no additional special ability is a modest return on your pool: a cheaper titled vampire can be better if you mainly need votes, while **Cock Robin** is a stronger Nosferatu voting vampire if your deck can accommodate a Camarilla vampire instead of a Sabbat one. Lukas is playable when his clan, disciplines, and title all matter to your particular crypt, but I would not make him a default inclusion or build a deck around him.
