Lalitha (G2) is mainly useful in a **low-capacity Ministry swarm deck** that wants another cheap vampire to take actions, bleed, or help meet clan requirements. Her only card text is “Independent,” so she offers no special ability to build around; whether she earns a slot depends on whether her disciplines fit the deck. There isn’t a universally better replacement for every Ministry deck, but if you simply need an inexpensive extra vampire, **Anarch Convert** offers more utility in an Anarch build, while a Ministry vampire with the disciplines your actions require will usually be the stronger choice. I’d play Lalitha only when her low cost and clan are specifically useful, not as an automatic inclusion.
