Haunt fits a **Necromancy deck that relies on a valuable location**, especially one that wants the option to remove an opponent’s location as well. At [nec], it can protect your location from a directed action, but it costs a card and an action to set up; at [NEC], its +1 stealth makes location removal useful, though it cannot burn locations that require Giovanni to play. If removal is all you want, **Arson** may be a better fit if your deck can play it; Haunt’s reason to choose it is the flexibility of doing either job. I’d play it as an occasional slot in a location-focused deck with reliable Necromancy, not as a staple in a general Necromancy deck.
