Cunctator Motion would benefit only a vote-heavy deck in a casual game that explicitly uses ante, particularly one that can reliably pass referendums and wants to steer valuable ante cards toward itself or an ally. Even there, it is highly situational: it does nothing unless there are remaining ante cards worth rearranging, and it does not help you win the game directly. For a political deck, **Kine Resources Contested** is generally a better use of a card slot because its referendum deals pool damage without depending on ante. Since ordinary VTES play does not use ante, Cunctator Motion should not see play outside an ante-specific house game.
