Bastard Sword

حول Bastard Sword

Bastard Sword, Equipment, صمم بواسطة Rob Alexander صدر لأول مرة في أغسطس 1994 في التحرير Jyhad وطبع بالضبط في 2 أشكال مختلفة.

Bastard Sword is best in a combat-focused deck that expects its vampires to make repeated melee strikes: its +1 damage applies to each strike, so it can reward multi-strike effects, but it costs an action to equip and does not help you reach or prevent your opponent’s attacks. In most decks, **Concealed Weapon** is a better way to get a weapon into combat, while weapons such as **Heavy Weapon** or **Immortal Grapple** may offer more dependable combat value depending on the deck; however, they are not direct replacements for a persistent +1-damage melee weapon. Bastard Sword is inexpensive and can be worthwhile in a dedicated melee or multi-strike build, especially if you can equip it efficiently, but it is generally too slow and modest to include in a typical deck.
