Art Scam fits a **Toreador antitribu deck that wants steady pool gain without relying on a particular discipline**: any vampire of the clan can take its +1 stealth action to gain 2 pool. If your vampires have superior Presence, **Legal Manipulations** is generally the better choice because it can gain 3 pool; decks with a strong voting package may also get more value from **Parity Shift**. Art Scam is still playable as a reliable fallback, especially in a clan-focused deck with few superior Presence vampires, but I would use it as a supplement rather than build the deck around it.
