Akram fits a **Brujah combat deck** that wants to keep an opposing minion engaged after the first combat fails to put them in torpor—for example, after they dodge or end combat. His ability gives that deck a repeat-combat option without needing to draw a card, but it costs blood, works only once each turn, and does nothing if either minion is no longer ready. **Psyche!** is generally the better way to get another combat if your vampires have the required Celerity: it takes deck space, but it does not tie the plan to Akram or his once-per-turn ability. Akram is worth considering if you already want his clan, capacity and disciplines and can make good use of repeated combats; I would not build around him solely for this text, and he is unlikely to be a default inclusion in a competitive Brujah deck.
